How we LEAD:
UMG is currently seeking to fill the role of Manager, Physical Music Pricing. The Manager will work closely with the Creative and Production departments of the label groups, and internal and external partners to provide finished goods pricing estimates to support Universal’s physical music manufacturing activities. This person will also assist in other projects, as required to support the Global Supply Chain team.
How you'll CREATE:
• Action, respond to, and manage daily pricing requests from Label and internal partners within SLA expectations, escalating potential issues as appropriate
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support non-rate card and bespoke estimates from manufacturing suppliers
• Ability to maintain and track Label pricing requests utilizing internal systems, and provide status updates reports as required
• Maintain and manage UML supplier rate cards on network and in SAP s4 to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability
• Work with internal and external partners to monitor and maintain global BOM item ID, print template, and pricing alignment
• Provide supplier pricing, label estimate, and activity analysis as required
• Aid in the development, implementation, and utilization of key performance indicators, metrics, and reports to drive improved performance
• Various administrative tasks as required by the role to support new and on-going activities
• Oversee US pricing team members and collaborate with UMGI pricing lead

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a corporate/multi-national environment
• Music industry experience in physical music supply chain preferred
• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
