About the Role:
As a Manager, Performance Test Engineering - Products, you will take an active role in managing a team of performance test engineers and driving the strategic planning of performance testing activities. Your focus will be to ensure that software applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and stability. You will work closely with other managers and stakeholders to align performance testing with overall product development goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of performance test engineers to ensure quality testing and professional growth.
• Develop and execute strategic performance testing plans across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with product development and IT teams to define performance benchmarks and requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of performance testing frameworks and tools.
• Prepare and review detailed test plans and reports.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of performance issues.
• Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs.
• Manage resource allocation and project timelines.
• Continually improve performance testing processes and practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for performance testing.
Skills

• Advanced Testing Tools: Proficient in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and others.
