We are seeking a highly organized and strategic-minded individual with strong analytical skills to join our team as a Manager, responsible for overseeing subscription management and performance management initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take ownership of establishing and managing an effective portfolio management program while also driving strategic decision-making through performance analysis and optimization strategies. What You'll Be Doing
Subscription Management:
- Take ownership of establishing and managing an effective portfolio management program to meet subscription rate targets for the DG and CS portfolios.
- Lead and execute monthly changes to customer lists for a portfolio of approximately 200 solar projects. Ensure new enrollments are validated and develop a methodology to prioritize enrollments and removals based on project requirements and available waitlist customers, as well as track and report on risk areas.
- Foster operational relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party utilities for the extraction and validation of monthly customer enrollments, un-enrollments, and adjustments on the existing community solar portfolio.
- Contribute to analyzing and evaluating the customer mix strategy, pinpoint optimization opportunities aimed at minimizing customer attrition and replacement costs, and develop work plans for the implementation of optimization strategies.
Performance Management:
- Monitor subscription percentages, identifying factors influencing subscription rates and collaborating with marketing and Customer Operations teams to enhance customer retention.
- Work with the Senior Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations to develop and implement strategies to monitor and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) across various channels and campaigns.
- Track transfer metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient processes and timely execution of contract provisions. Develop and optimize performance dashboards.
- Manage compliance reporting processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
- Conduct a cost-benefit analysis of product/contract size changes, evaluating the impact on revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on performance metrics, compliance status, and cost-benefit analysis findings for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices related to performance management, compliance reporting, and cost-benefit analysis, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other technically focused discipline or related program.
- Minimum 6 years in strategy/management/ supply chain consulting, investment banking/corporate finance, or capital markets experience preferred, with a proven track record of supervisory roles.
- Ability to assertively solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions.
- Able to prepare compelling, high-impact presentations for senior organizational leaders and other strategic and functional stakeholders and business partners.
- Outstanding verbal and written communicator with the ability to explain complex information clearly and succinctly and tailor messages to the audience.
- Proven leadership capabilities, adept at supervising and managing a team of 2-3 direct reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, have a bias for action, and deliver results.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
- A positive attitude, highly motivated, and the ability to maintain a culture that is based on teamwork, respect, and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office, with expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills.
What Would Be Nice
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other applicable field for Associate role
- Some experience in code (e.g., SQL, VBA, R, Python) is preferred.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations
$123,000—$145,000 USD
