3. Role-Specific Interview (if applicable): Dive into your expertise with the relevant team—no unnecessary tests, just meaningful conversations.
4. Final Interview: A chat with leadership to ensure alignment on goals and vision.
5. Offer: If it’s a match, we’ll make an offer and bring you onboard!
