Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

We are a fast-growing global SaaS company seeking a strategic and hands-on Global People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As we continue to expand globally, this remote role will play a critical leadership function in shaping and scaling our People Operations programs.

Reporting to the Director of People Operations in the U.S., you will collaborate with a global team based in North America, Europe, and India. Your focus will be on enhancing employee experiences, driving digital transformation, and ensuring excellence in key People Operations functions. This is a unique opportunity to influence and execute innovative, automated, and AI-powered processes while supporting our global workforce.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and execute Learning & Development (L&D) programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and skill-building.
  • Drive digital transformation within People Operations, implementing automated and AI-powered processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead talent and succession planning efforts, working with leadership to identify and develop top talent across the organization. Manage global immigration and internal mobility processes, ensuring compliance and supporting team member transitions across regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient use of Workday HRIS for employee data management and reporting.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive people analytics and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws, policies, and regulations while maintaining a focus on employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on People Operations programs, policies, and initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations, with demonstrated expertise in multiple HR domains.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in global People Operations, including talent planning, L&D, immigration, and internal mobility.
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global programs and collaborate with diverse, cross-regional teams.
  • Proven track record of implementing digital transformation initiatives in HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and their application in people processes.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives in a global organization.
  • Expertise in creating and scaling employee development programs for a global workforce.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations.
