The Role

YOUR MISSION

  • Manage the talent acquisition process of the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with hiring manager as well as People & Organization (P&O) Partner
  • Identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
  • Support interviews for hard-to-fill positions and positions of strategic importance for the PUMA Headquarter
  • Assure a great candidate experience and create avenues to promote our employer values: Be YOU, Be TOGETHER, Be VIBRANT and Be DRIVEN
  • Identify internal and external talents, build and maintain a strong pool of best matching candidates for current and future openings at PUMA 
  • Actively support the development and implementation of ideas for improving the talent acquisition process as well as create a sustainable people supply chain
  • Develop and apply key metrics for tracking and managing the success of people acquisition as such and further develop people acquisition tasks and programs based on KPIs
  • Take ownership of the PUMA Alumni page on LinkedIn
  • Take ownership of PUMA led (digital) events like TED Talks, Webinars, Recruiting events etc.
  • Actively participate and support talent acquisition projects.

YOUR TALENT

  • University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology or similar
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition within a corporate environment, ideally fashion or retail
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively at different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Energetic, flexible and positive team player with a hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
