We are seeking an ambitious, strategic Manager, People Business Partner (Tech & Product) to lead our Hong Kong-based functional People Business Partner team. In this high-visibility role, you will lead a team, partner directly with senior leadership, and build the organizational infrastructure needed to scale our engineering, product, data and overall functional organizations in Lalamove’s functional head office.
What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists, driving accountability, high performance, and continuous professional growth.
Allocate team resources effectively to support business priorities across Tech, Product, and functional department initiatives.
Serve as the trusted strategic advisor senior team, aligning people strategies directly
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning to ensure agile and high-performing tech structures.
Diagnose complex organizational challenges using data-driven insights, presenting actionable solutions regarding staff cost trends, headcount productivity, and employee retention to executive leadership.

What you will need:
