RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership and responsibility over all global payroll functions across the global organization (both US and international). This includes end to end management, including managing an EOR (Employer of Record) population and our global payroll vendors 

  • Supervise global payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to local regulations, as well as coordinating with HR  on employee and compensation changes

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies across the organization, mitigating financial risks and maintaining compliance

  • Maintain compliance with local US and international payroll laws and regulations including filings related to equity matters.

  • Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and contribute to their career growth

  • Oversee the accurate preparation of all global monthly reporting, financial forecasting, ad-hoc analytics, and comprehensive payroll audits

  • Additional responsibilities and projects as needed

  • This position will report directly to the VP Global Controller

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Combined 5+ years of relevant payroll processing experience

  • Prior experience working in a multinational environment is preferred (US, EMEA, APAC)

  • Experience with OneSource (US payroll), Immedis/UKG (International payroll), and/or Workday (ERP) is preferred but not required 

  • Experience with EOR (DEEL) is strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Direct management experience of international team (US, UK, India)

  • Hands-on individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the payroll function

  • Proactive work ethic and ability to perform with minimal supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Accounting or related field


IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.

$88,900.00 - $152,400.00 Annual
