Job Purpose:

The Operations Manager's role is an in-office position that is accountable for the daily operations and management of a team of Supervisors, Trainers, Managers and Analysts. The role is expected to oversee staffing, performance goals and daily organizational activities cultivating a trusted advisor relationship with team members. They support leadership, strategize improvements in processes and procedures, and demonstrate proven leadership capabilities. and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence developing staff abilities and skills.

THIS IS A 100% IN OFFICE POSITION.

*SCHEDULE- DAY SHIFT: WORKING HOURS WILL BE IN EST FOR 8 HOURS EACH DAY, M-F*

Essential Duties:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Supervisors, Trainers, Managers and Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Plans, schedules, and reviews workloads and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
  • Providing advice and guidance and reporting employee issues to the Operations Director and Human Resources.
  • Provide support and answer questions for account management and customers for multiple products and services.
  • Analyze daily customer reports.
  • Provide and track performance - weekly and monthly reports for multiple teams.
  • Review audit reports to ensure Analysts meet all goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring that staff works towards the common goal of ensuring the safety and security of our customers and the general public.
  • Meet with Supervisors to assist and answer questions or concerns related to daily production, processes, procedures, and system issues.
  • Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with business development.
  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts.
  • Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
  • Participate in cross functional groups to establish marketing campaigns, product direction and productive solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to develop ongoing rapport with clients and consumers and obtain relevant information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), & capable of learning and training others on new technology).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor employees.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work in a business office setting daily (Not remote).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Criminal Justice, or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of Supervisory and Management experience
  • Leadership responsibility over a mid-sized service organization in multiple locations both remote and onsite.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
  • Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
