Job Summary
Responsible for developing operational strategies and action plans. and is the center of operations working with partners to follow the direction of the bank
Job Description

  • Implementing the strategy designing and monitoring performance measurement to ensure the deliverable
  • Be the center of operations to work with partners to reduce errors
  • Communicate consolidate and work with all divisions in operations to align with the bank’s direction
  • Analyze the data and identify the improvement area to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Responsible for developing operations’ strategy projects and action plan
  • Develop control sheet and dashboard to monitor the errors, to track the action plan to reduce errors and to report the data for management
  • Develop control framework with objective to prevent error especially in high-risk area
  • Work for any matters by assignment from Head of Operations
     

Job Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administrator, Finance and Banking or related fields
  • Has strategic thinking and has banking knowledge
  • Has risk awareness and has process improvement background
  • Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of written and spoken in Thai/English
  • Good attitude and hard working
  • Strong presentation communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Banking at least 5 years
