What You’ll Do for Us

  • Partner with the Vending and Coke ON teams to evaluate and prioritize key commercial initiatives that drive channel performance

  • Serve as the finance subject matter expert for Coke ON, contributing to strategies that shape P&L outcomes and system economics

  • Support the development of pricing, promotion, and investment strategies that underpin long-term revenue growth goals and user engagement objectives

  • Perform rigorous financial assessments and prepare business cases to inform decisions on channel expansion, program upgrades, and technology investments

  • Monitor and report on the performance of initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and areas for cost optimization

  • Manage budgets associated with channel programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives and maintaining accountability for financial outcomes

  • Conduct value chain and profitability analyses to improve transparency on system economics and inform strategic priorities

  • Leverage data and predictive modeling to extract insights that elevate planning accuracy and strategic agility

  • Provide financial insights and operational recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Coke ON initiatives and overall vending strategies

  • Enhance knowledge-sharing and contribute to building financial acumen across team members involved with the Coke ON ecosystem

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, or commercial finance roles, ideally in digital platforms, consumer goods, or related industries

  • Strong analytical capability with adeptness in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and value chain analysis

  • Demonstrated experience with revenue management strategies, P&L optimization, and investment evaluation

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and financial software, with a deep understanding of how to apply insights to operating decisions

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Skilled in stakeholder management, fostering alignment across commercial, marketing, and operations teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations in a clear and compelling way to non-finance audiences

  • Experience in digital or technology-driven business models preferred, along with exposure to loyalty programs or consumer platform economics

  • Fluency in English and Japanese with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a bilingual environment
