StandardAero, one of the largest and most successful MRO companies in the world is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and lead a team of executive assistants. As Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will perform a critical function in providing complex administrative support and must represent the Company with a high degree of professionalism and demonstrate independent judgment.
What you’ll do:
CEO Support
- Manages the CEO's calendar, email, travel, security, prepares documents, conducts research, and acts as a gatekeeper for internal/external requests.
Strategic Coordination
- Prioritizes issues, coordinates executive team activities, and ensures alignment on strategic initiatives.
Board Support
- Interface directly with Board members in the coordination of meetings and events.
Office Operations
- Oversees supplies, equipment, facilities, and manages office space.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and guide a team of administrative or executive assistants, delegating tasks and ensuring consistent service quality.
Gatekeeping
- Filters and manages information flow to the CEO, directing issues to the right people.
Position Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 10+ years of supporting C-Level Executives, ideally supporting a CEO/Managing Director and/or Board of Directors, or other senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and competency in MS Office
- Demonstrate exceptional written, communication and presentation skills at a senior level e.g. effective and confident drafting internal and external communications and correspondence for CEO/Senior Stakeholder
- Conceptual thinking ability
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and without direction
- Has dealt with highly sensitive issues and strictly confidential matters
- Must be able to work in office in Scottsdale, AZ
- Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
