Primary Purpose
Technology transformation only succeeds when it is thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, and effectively adopted across teams. This role plays a key part in bringing that transformation to life-translating strategy into actionable programs that drive real change across the Technology organization.
As Manager II, NextGEN Enablement, you will execute and scale initiatives across transformation, change management, workforce strategy, and talent development. You'll support the design and delivery of programs that help teams adapt to new ways of working, build critical skills, and stay aligned to our evolving Technology strategy.
This role is highly collaborative, working across Technology, HR, and Communications to support planning, learning, and engagement efforts. You'll help ensure initiatives are well-organized, measurable, and impactful-driving adoption and strengthening how our teams operate. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members in delivering transformation, change, and workforce initiatives on time and within scope
- Support the planning, design, and execution of operating model and workforce initiatives across Technology
- Coordinate change management activities, including communications, training, and readiness assessments, to support adoption of key initiatives
- Support Technology Talent Academy programs, skills development initiatives, and early-career pathways
- Maintain transformation dashboards, KPIs, and status reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Support engagement activities, leadership communications, and organizational updates tied to transformation efforts
- Manage vendors and budget items within assigned scope
- Drive continuous improvement in transformation, change, and workforce processes and tools
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology, HR, and Communications to align on priorities and execution plans
- Hire, develop, and coach associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Technology, HR, organizational development, or transformation-related roles
- Experience guiding, onboarding, or mentoring team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
- Solid understanding of Technology environments and organizational change practices
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured plans and execution activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Agile methodologies
- Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, or learning programs
NC Salary Range:$108,880 - $163,320
