Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Effectiveness & Measurement- Develop and maintain Market Mix Models (MMM) to quantify the impact of marketing activities on business outcomes.
- Analyze media performance across online and offline channels and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support budget allocation and scenario planning exercises using response curves and optimization frameworks.
- Measure incremental impact of marketing investments and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover key business drivers.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build forecasting and simulation models to support strategic planning.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for client reviews and leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business objectives and measurement requirements.
- Present analytical outputs and recommendations to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner.
- Work closely with media, strategy, and data teams to ensure accurate interpretation of insights.
- Validate and prepare datasets from multiple sources.
- Automate recurring analytical processes and reporting workflows where applicable.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Media Measurement, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques, regression modeling, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Market Mix Modelling (MMM), Marketing Measurement, or Media Analytics.
- Familiarity with Bayesian modeling frameworks such as Meridian or Robyn.
- Understanding of marketing channels, media planning, and consumer behavior.
