Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for the firm’s Workday Financials, Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. Drive alignment between teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing campaigns.

  • Partner Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners in the Workday ecosystem. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns to drive demand.

  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, events and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

  • Content Development: Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos and webinars. Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and vendors to drive project execution and achieve objectives.

  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics, trends and insights. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

  • Budget Tracking: Monitor spending, track expenses and reconcile the budget to ensure alignment with allocated budgets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget status and variances.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, events and inbound teams to ensure smooth and successful execution of your goals objectives. Additionally, you’ll explore opportunities for Armanino's services in core industry verticals, ensuring the success of our GTM strategy for Workday software and services.

 
Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or related experience) preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of experience, 2-3 in a professional services firm

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing and sales environment, with a focus on GTM strategy; preferably in a B2B (SAAS, VAR, ERP, CRM) marketing and sales environment

  • Ability to work with limited oversight on multiple projects at once, and collaborate with remote team members and management 

  • Proven track record of success in driving partner-focused marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results

  • Deep understanding of customer journey marketing principles and best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specific focus in Excel, Pivot Tables and strong formatting ability within Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience using various business technologies including CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.), reporting tools (PowerBI, etc.), and project management systems (Workfront, etc.) 

  • Experience navigating complex problems and stakeholders, evaluating and prioritizing needs and creating actionable recommendations 

  • Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads 

  • Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills

  • Willingness to share ideas and contribute to a collaborative effort
