YOUR MISSIONProduction handover stage
Implement and maintain a sustainable and seamless handover process from commercialization stages to mass production.
Ensure all processes are consistent and repeatable before going into mass production
ECRS
Drive ECRS methodology implementation in development & commercialization process to improve quality, speed and efficiency in manufacturing.
Standardized Processes and manufacturing environment
Drive Production process standardization and alignment throughout the supply base.
- Standardize basic machinery, workflow and manufacturing processes
- Drive implementation from sample to production environment
Quality KPIs / Claims
- Support Claim analysis and CAP on request.
- Use the learning from Claims to drive prevention for further Developments, and correction of production processes
- Achievement of yearly KPIs
Education: Bachelor’s degree with focus on Chemical, Material or Industrial engineering or technical education with similar focus.
Professional: 10+ years relevant experience in footwear with hands on experience in technical Development, Commercialization and Production processes
IT Skills: MS Office
Language Skills: English and additional Asian Languages (Chinese) is a plus

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields such as footwear manufacturing or product development
- Proven experience in product development processes and tooling management
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and SOP development
- Experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams in global environments
