- Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
- Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
- Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
- Monitoring logistics performance and costs
- Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
- You have a university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight
- More than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team
- Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
- Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus
- Advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems
- You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
