Leading and developing a team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
Monitoring logistics performance and costs
Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
You hold a university degree and have collected profound experience in managing operations
You have more than 3 years of experience in supervising and developing an operations team
Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving
You love to keep up with technological trends in the industry to challenge the status quo
Strong communication skills in English and Italian
