Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Supervise Support Staff: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to administrative assistants, and legal support professionals.
- Assign Work: Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and address any performance issues.
- Employee Lifecycle: Onboarding/offboarding, HR coordination, and employee experience.
- Systems and Procedures: Implement efficient systems, procedures, and policies to enhance office productivity, as well as maintain department intranet and SharePoint sites.
- Liaison with Vendors: Participate in contract negotiations with both existing and new service vendors from RFP stage to fulfillment and beyond.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain schedules for legal support team professionals, and meetings.
- Event Planning: Coordinate with other managers, Chief Legal Officer, venues, and speakers for department events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, equipment, and technology needs.
- Liaison with Technical Support: Coordinate with IT support for office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Liaison with Facilities Management: Coordinate with Facilities on office moves, equipment replacements, maintenance, new installations, etc.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Five or more years prior experience in legal administration, office management, or related roles is required.
