Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Competency Framework: In partnership with HR, design and implement a comprehensive skills competency assessment program tailored for IT roles (Software Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze assessment results to identify critical skill gaps and provide actionable recommendations/corrective measures to elevate the department's technical proficiency.
- Roadmap Development: Architect a multi-year IT Training Roadmap and Curriculum that integrates emerging technologies, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Impact Tracking: Establish KPIs to monitor and report on the progress, adoption, and ROI of all training initiatives.
- Vendor Strategy: Identify and manage relationships with external training providers, bootcamps, and platforms (e.g., AWS, Coursera, Microsoft) to deliver high-quality learning content.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to secure sponsorships for internal events and exclusive access to specialized training resources.
We’re looking for:
Proven experience in IT Instructional Design or Technical Talent Management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into learning strategies.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of executing large-scale events and corporate programs.
Ability to influence stakeholders at both the HR and Executive IT levels.
