Role Summary
The Senior Manager Pfizer Patient Services (PPS) Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care is responsible for driving the development of patient services strategy , and programmatic de s ign , for Pfizer's Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care products . The Senior Manager is responsible for delivering programs elements across the patient journey , including :
- P rogram strategy and design
- C opay / affordability support
- H ub support / operations
- E xternal landscape monitoring
- Program performance management
This role will sit within the PPS Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care B U Strategy vertical and will be accountable for ensuring close alignment with Business Unit and B rand strategies. This role will ensure Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care patient services programs are rooted in comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and patient s' experiences taking Pfizer's Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care treatments .
Role Responsibilities
This is a critical role responsible for developing and executing the strategy for patient services programs for Pfizer's Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care B usiness Unit. This Senior Manager will:
- F acili ta te interactions between Patient Services teams and Business U nit partners , ensuring programs meet patient / healthcare provider needs and align to Business Unit strategies
- Support the d evelop ment and design of impactful patient service programs for all priority on-market and pipeline brands
- Track brand needs, economics, strategies, timelines, and priorities while staying abreast of therapeutic area trends
- Support i dentif ication , evaluat ion , and manage ment of cost - effective vendor solutions
- Manage and optimize PPS spend at the BU-level
- Facilitate integration of PPS leadership strategies and performance in marketing plans, therapeutic area planning documents, and executive updates
- Proactively establish strong internal and external relationships across PPS , the Business Unit , broader Global Access and Value (GAV) functions, US Market Access (USMA) , and enabling functions (e.g., Digital, Analytics, Chief Commercial Office)
- Be a part of a high-performin g team of professionals, responsible for designing and executing patient support programs for the BU
- Ensure program operating procedures are in alignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
- 6 + years' experience in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy / Operations / Program Management, Strategy / Management Consulting, or related area required
- Experience supporting Oncology / Specialty Care / Primary Care brands preferred
- Relevant healthcare experience includes experience working in/with consulting, commercial biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives (e.g., marketing, commercial development, market access & pricing, etc.)
- Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to connect broader organizational goals to BU -specific strategies
- Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in portfolio strategy, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and guide decision-making at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience in presenting to functional leaders
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
- Commitment to receiving development and coach ing from leadership

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
