Learning & Development Manager

In this position you’ll report to the Director, Learning & Development, based in Atlanta, GA USA
We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) for opportunities at our office locations.

You will be responsible for…

• Managing and supporting the learning management system (LMS), including communication, coordination of programs, technical support and ensuring training content is accurate and up to date.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Project management for learning programs including planning, tracking budgets, progress and document management.
• Collaborating with the team to document processes and deliver monthly reports.

Qualifications we’re seeking:

• Project management skills - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Change leader: Interest and agility adapting to change and bringing others along.
• Technological savvy: Understanding how to leverage technology to enhance the learning experience., Ability to problem solve and make system improvements.  Responsible for system maintenance. Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal, 
• Critical thinking skills: with a data-driven approach, ability to prioritize and problem solve
• Years of experience – 3+ years
• Prefer – experience with Docebo or similar LMS and LXP (Learning Experience Platform)
