Job Description
Experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in management and leadership
- Experience in needs analysis and designing learning content for high-impact learning, knowledge transfer, and sustainment
- Experience managing high-profile leadership development experiences which incorporate assessment, content delivery, coaching and cohort learning
- Proficiency in coaching senior leaders to improve performance in targeted development areas
- Consulting experience with individuals and teams to support application of skills and improved performance
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing the impact of learning programs
- Experience in managing a team and budget
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Education or related field
Certification Summary
- No professional certifications required
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities
- Manages design and delivery of core leadership development program offerings and targeted leadership development programs.
- Provides team with direction to accomplish identified learning goals.
- Assesses all program content to ensure it is achieving the desired performance outcomes and is aligned with organization and people strategies.
- Designs performance support materials to drive application and sustainment of learning.
- Designs and hardwires core processes in support of leadership development, including coaching, mentoring, action learning, sustainment, and community of practice.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and identifies opportunities to improve design.
- Continually explores best ways to provide learning within the system, including classroom, virtual, and computer-based training (CBT).
- Understands and includes training trends and best practices in leadership development program design and delivery.
- Supports director in determining annual leadership learning focus, design, and evaluation strategy.
- Facilitates leader and manager onboarding content and professional development content as needed.
- Provide consulting and coaching to leaders to support on-the-job application of new knowledge and skills.
- Lead the creation and execution of a marketing strategy to generate interest and participation in leadership development programs.
