The Manager EDT Solution support is the primary point of accountability for management and delivery of quality service for JDE ERP systems, located in Europe including but not limited to Service Delivery, Systems Administration, Service and Support, Database Administration, Change Management, Test Management and Release Management. The role will work closely with the managed service vendor to ensure the successful achievement of metrics for the region. The role will also work closely on build to run transition and hyper care support with the introduction of new releases and site deployments and extensions.
What you will doEnsure high-quality execution of all operational processes (incident, problem, change, configuration) to deliver consistent service excellence.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational maturity and increase visibility into service performance.
Monitor and manage licenses and user access to ensure compliance with contracts and optimal usage levels.
Establish proactive service monitoring and support processes to identify and resolve issues early.
Collect and act on customer feedback to drive ongoing service improvements.
Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date service documentation (system, processes, test scripts, knowledge base).
Manage vendor relationships: monitor performance, lead quarterly reviews, and renegotiate contracts aligned with expectations.
Oversee and support projects impacting JDE ERP, ensuring strong SDLC practices, smooth transition to operations, and focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study
At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
Strong application and systems understanding of ERP systems
Excellent understanding of warehouse management systems
Excellent understanding of Computer Systems Validation, GMP and 21 CFR Part 11, SarbanesOxley
Preferred:
Experience with JDE is strongly preferred
ITIL Foundations v4 certification
Strong understanding of RF Technology, RFGen
Lean Six Sigma certification / experience
Investment in continued education
Experience with one or more implementations of the Agile methodology and devops practices
