What will you do at Fynd?
- Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors for IT products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with IT vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
- Optimise costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Procurement Process:
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and align procurement strategies.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all IT procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in IT procurement laws and practices.
- Reviews:
- Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance and cost analysis.
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports as requested from time to time.
Some Specific Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or CPSCM certified. MCA qualification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT procurement.
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail & Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
