The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, IT Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our desktop infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and user experience. This role will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. This role includes significant leadership responsibilities, including managing desktop projects and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Here’s What You’ll Do

Additional Responsibilities:

We behave like owners: Oversee, guide, and support the team with new hire hardware deployments, PC refresh deployments, phones, and A/V meeting support as needed.

We digitize everywhere possible: Use innovative methods and technologies to identify and solve problems related to the performance, reliability, and availability of systems.

We pursue options in parallel: Evaluate and recommend new desktop technologies and solutions to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability.

We prioritize the platform: Manage desktop inventory and asset tracking to support the broader IT infrastructure effectively.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or related field.
-
Strong technical skills in desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
-
ITIL Foundation Certification.

Experience with Windows and Mac desktop environments.

Experience with desktop imaging and deployment processes.

Experience with desktop security and compliance.

ITIL Foundation Certification.
