Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the firm-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework
- Perform governance around BCP policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes
- Develop & maintain BCP documentation and ensure periodic reviews and approvals
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements
- Maintain crisis management, communication, and escalation procedures
- Work closely with IT Infrastructure, Application, and Security teams on Disaster Recovery (DR) preparedness
- Verify alignment between business recovery requirements and technology recovery capabilities
- Participate in DR testing and post-exercise reviews, track remediation actions resulting from DR tests
- Plan and execute periodic BCP and crisis management exercises
- Measure test effectiveness and document lessons learned, drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and KPI/KRI metrics
- Present BCP status, risks, and testing outcomes to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, or related disciplines
- Experience within financial services, banking, capital markets, or regulated industries preferred.
- Proven experience conducting BIA, BCP development, and business continuity testing and familiarity with DR testing methodologies and IT recovery processes
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplin
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders globally
- Excellent team player, process-oriented, attentive to details, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel skills
- Fluency in English, knowing mandarin would be an added advantage
