From Core Banking and CRM to HR and Finance systems – you’ll be leading a small team while steering our external providers. If you bring experience, leadership skills and the drive to shape exciting group-wide pro-jects, this is the right place for you.
What would your role be?
Take overall responsibility for the operation, governance and further development of our application landscape (Core Banking, CRM, Reporting, HR, Finance, workplace systems).
Lead a small team that oversees day-to-day operations and manages external service providers/insourcers.
Ensure system availability, performance and service quality.
Drive the development of vendor and service management, including SLA monitoring, reporting and escalation management.
Coordinate changes, releases, tests and incidents in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA) and support audits and inspections.
Take a leading role in bank-wide and group-wide projects related to the IT application landscape.
What are we looking for?
Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT operations or IT service/application management, ideally in the financial industry.
Strong expertise in vendor and service management, including SLA governance and escalation handling.
Solid experience working in regulated environments and knowledge of change, release, incident and test management (ITIL or ISTQB certification is a plus).
Broad technical understanding of enterprise and banking applications (Core Banking, CRM, Reporting, HR, Finance, workplace systems).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when managing interfaces between business units and external service providers.
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written).
