Your tasks:Planning and organising business trips
Acting as the point of contact for all matters relating to our inhouse travel agency, from quotations to processing and checking travel expense reports
Obtaining quotations and purchasing travel services
Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours (e.g., evenings or weekends) is expected
Your profile:
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a tourism or travel agent (f/m/d) or office management with relevant professional experience
You are a service-oriented and competent contact person for our inhouse travel agency
Your strong communication skills and independent working style round off your profile
Good MS Office skills, ideally initial experience with SAP and industry-standard booking software (e.g. Amadeus)
Good written and spoken English
