Job Summary: Own and operate the IoT Technology Lab, enabling evaluation, prototyping, testing, and demonstration of workplace technology solutions before production deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operation of the innovation lab (Whippany NJ)
- Coordinate setup and maintenance of technology demonstrations.
- Lead proof-of-concept and pilot activities.
- Develop testing standards and evaluation scorecards.
- Maintain inventory of lab hardware and software assets.
- Partner with Product Managers on vendor assessments.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Network, and Workplace teams.
- Support executive demonstrations and innovation showcases.
- Produce recommendation reports for product investment decisions.
- Manage lab budget and vendor relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-8 years in workplace technology, facilities technology, AV, IoT, smart buildings, or product operations.
- Experience running pilot programs and technology evaluations.
- Familiarity with workplace platforms such as:
- Space management
- Occupancy sensing
- Smart lockers
- Wayfinding
- Visitor management
- Meeting room technologies
- Building systems integration

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
