The Job

• Execute internal audit assignments to evaluate the adequacy and enhance the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance processes

• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to mitigate the relevant risks. 

• Prepare audit reports which clearly articulate control deficiencies and propose remediation actions to mitigate the risk identified.

• Follow up with management and monitor the remediation of identified issues. 

The Person

• University graduate with a Bachelor degree in business related disciplines

• 5+ years of audit / compliance / internal control over financial reporting in life insurance company or Big 4 is preferable

• Solid knowledge of life insurance industry is an advantage

• Details oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated

• Strong project management and excellent report writing skills 

• Ability to work under pressure

• Fluency in English and Cantonese

• CPA / CIA / CISA / FRM or relevant professional qualifications
