Position Summary:
This role owns cross-channel media performance across media with specific interest in search, social, and programmatic. All media will have direct accountability to business outcomes. The position is responsible for improving how media is planned, executed, and measured while maintaining performance as the primary mandate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own cross-channel performance against core KPIs including CPA, volume, conversion rate, and downstream quality signals
Translate business objectives into executable media strategies for agency deployment
Lead weekly performance reviews and optimization cycles grounded in data
Actively manage budget allocation based on efficiency, saturation, and scale opportunity
Identify discrepancies between platform-reported metrics and true business outcomes and implement corrective actions
Establish and enforce standardized planning, briefing, and optimization workflows
Improve pacing, reporting cadences, and decision-making speed
Identify inefficiencies across execution and implement practical, repeatable solutions
Introduce reporting structures that improve visibility and performance diagnosis
Serve as primary point of contact for media agencies across channels
Set expectations for output quality, timelines, and performance delivery
Validate agency data, recommendations, and optimization approach
Drive faster iteration cycles and accountability to business outcomes
Partner with internal creative teams to align asset development with channel roles
Define and guide creative testing frameworks tied to performance objectives
Feed performance insights back into creative development to improve outcomes
Build and maintain cross-channel reporting that reflects business performance
Standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting approaches
Support evolution of attribution models and incrementality testing
Surface actionable insights that inform decision-making

Experience with attribution modeling and incrementality testing
Experience working across integrated media environments
Familiarity with automation or AI-driven media optimization tools
Communication Skills:
Writing, Talking/Hearing on the phone (Continually=67-100% of workday)
Location: Our office follows 4 days on-site and 1 day remote schedule
Travel:
