Job Description
Manager- Information TechnologyThe Digitization & Automation Lead will drive enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Low Code/No Code (LCNC) platforms, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI/ML technologies, and end to end process automation. The role is accountable for identifying high impact automation opportunities, designing scalable digital solutions, managing the complete automation lifecycle, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization’s strategic objectives.This position requires extensive cross functional collaboration with InfoSec, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and business teams to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient digital solutions. The Digitization & Automation Lead will also ensure platform governance, solution standardization, and enterprise wide adoption of automation capabilities.
A. Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the organization’s digitization and automation roadmap.
- Lead automation governance, standards, and best practices across business units.
- Champion citizen development using LCNC platforms.
B. Process Automation & Optimization
- Conduct process assessments, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis.
- Redesign and streamline business processes before automation.
- Implement workflow automation using BPM and LCNC tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian).
C. RPA Development & Management
- Lead RPA implementation using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / BluePrism.
- Oversee solution design, bot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of automated solutions.
D. AI/ML & Intelligent Automation
- Drive adoption of AI/ML models, predictive analytics, NLP, OCR, document processing, and intelligent decision-making systems.
- Oversee integration of AI capabilities into business processes and automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of how to blend RPA + LCNC + Python + AI for cognitive automation.
- Ability to convert manual knowledge-based tasks into self-learning AI automation.
- Awareness of AI governance, bias, data privacy, and model lifecycle management.
E. Delivery & Project Management
- Manage automation program delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for solution development.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring for automated solutions.
F. Change Management & Training
- Promote adoption of digital tools through training, workshops, and communication.
- Build and guide internal automation squads and citizen developers.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and post-implementation support.
Skills Required
- Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms and RPA tools
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in process assessments and optimization
- Familiarity with BPM tools
