Industrial Engineering & Focus Improvement Manager leads plant-wide industrial engineering and focused improvement efforts to optimize productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency. This role oversees the Industrial Engineering team and drives the use of plant capacity and capability management tools (PCCMT) to identify gaps and improve performance. The position plays a critical role in establishing engineered standards, improving labor utilization, and supporting strategic initiatives. This leader partners closely with plant management to deliver data-driven insights and continuous improvement across operations.

What You Will Do
Lead and develop Industrial Engineering team members to identify constraints, reduce losses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze plant staffing and optimize labor utilization across business centers through efficiency studies and workforce planning.
Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, routings, and work center assignments.
Support capital projects with data-driven analysis and coordinate layout changes for operational effectiveness.
Partner with plant leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies.
Collaborate with regional teams to support data requests, scenario planning, and enterprise initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in leading and implementing lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement programs
- 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a Union environment
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
- Formal training and experience with Production System
- Demonstrated experience in developing standards and time studies

$91,869.00 - $170,615.00
However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
