Your role in our mission

As a Manager, Implementation & Success, you will lead high-impact initiatives that grow our operations and improve the client and resident experience. This role plays a critical part in expanding our services and technology, driving innovation across properties, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role will report to our Director, Client Success and Operations.

How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam

Technology Implementation & Operational Efficiency

  • Lead the launch, training, and implementation of Alfred technology in new properties
  • Lead onsite team questions after launch to support continuous learning
  • Support creation of Alfred tech contracts and invoicing
  • Drive continuous improvement by automating manual tasks and streamlining workflows

Data Driven Client Success

  • Maintain operational product Playbook and resources to support onsite team members to achieve, and exceed, their KPIs including App Participation and Resident Satisfaction 
  • Create strategies that drive KPIs improving communication and operational efficiencies
  • Leads product and technology demos for existing and prospective clients

Strategy & Analysis

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (including Product Operations / L&D / Marketing) to ideate and implement efficient strategies and tests, partnership strategies with vendors, and the development/project management of larger business plans
  • Use performance metrics and reporting tools to make data-driven decisions
  • Lead internal communications for new programs and initiatives

Marketplace Sourcing & Satisfaction

  • Finalize and launch marketplace incentive programs, including internal trackers and communications
  • Support property manager roundtables and field teams to increase program adoption
  • Source vendor coverage across all current and expansion markets

Who you are

  • 3+ years in client success, project management strategy, operations, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in launching new services, programs, or campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with BI tools, SQL, or Excel
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
  • Experience working with property tech or resident-focused platforms is a plus
  • Can listen well, influence others and work with multiple functions; gets everyone on the same page and do the things necessary to meet the success criteria
  • Can focus on relevant factors and ignore trivial factors and data “noise"
  • You escalate risks and problems to the relevant individuals at the right time and are adroit at crisis management
  • Interest in understanding trends in property management and real estate to ensure alignment between organizational strategic planning and broad organizational work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
