Position Summary:
The Manager – IDP Platform Management is responsible for platform management and configuration of the Paradatec Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. This role focuses on configuration governance, platform reliability, and controlled evolution of IDP capabilities to support Correspondent Lending, Servicing, Originations, and MSR initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Manager – IDP Platform and complements the IDP Support team.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Platform Management & Configuration
Own configuration management, workflows, document classifications, extraction rules, and validations across Lending and Servicing use cases.
Ensure configuration accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform standards.
Support performance tuning and capacity readiness activities in partnership with leads from OtherTechnology functions across, Data, Applications, IT Infrastructure and Information Security.
Configuration, Upgrade & Release Support
Execute configuration changes, platform upgrades, and patches with minimal business disruption.
Perform regression testing, configuration validation, and release readiness activities.
Maintain configuration documentation and version controls.
Platform Governance & Enablement
Enforce configuration standards, platform controls, and technical best practices.
Support onboarding of new document types, extraction logic, and workflow enhancements.
Collaborate with Business, Data Management, Infra, and downstream application teams for new use cases.
Vendor Collaboration
Work with Paradatec on configuration changes, issue analysis, and feature enablement.
Support knowledge transfer initiatives and contribute to reduced vendor dependency.
Key Result Areas:
Stable and well-governed IDP platform configurations supporting business-critical operations.
Improved document classification and extraction accuracy through effective configuration management.
Timely and low-risk execution of configuration changes, upgrades, and releases.
Faster onboarding of new document processing use cases.
Reduced configuration-related defects and rework through strong governance and validation.
Qualifications:
12+ years of overall technology experience, with 6–8+ years in Intelligent Document Processing, document management, content services, or workflow automation platforms.
Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technology discipline.
Deep expertise in IDP technologies, including OCR, document classification, data extraction, validation workflows, and automation frameworks.
Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale, business‑critical platforms operating in high‑volume production environments.
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and downstream consumption across platforms such as core lending, servicing, and analytics systems.
Hands‑on experience with production support, platform upgrades, patch management, release governance, and operational readiness.
Excellent communication, Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving root‑cause analysis and implementing sustainable, long‑term solutions.
Enables effective collaboration, team mentorship, and execution in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
