Provides expert consultation and leadership across broad-based and incentive compensation programs. Analyzes market data, internal equity, pay structures, incentive plans, retention and severance programs, and compliance requirements. Advises HR and business leaders, develops recommendations and analytical models, supports pay transparency, delivers training, maintains governance controls, and partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR technology teams.

Leads financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and analytics for the Mortgage Originations business. Partners with senior leaders, Data Science & Analytics, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, and the CFO to support strategy, transactions, shareholder relations, and financial systems enhancements. Oversees a finance data warehouse launch, develops reporting metrics, manages policies, drives automation, and leads and develops the finance team.

Provides customer-facing commercial loan servicing support, including delinquency outreach, borrower inquiries, covenant and property surveillance, document collection, account maintenance, and issue resolution. Reviews loan documents and servicing records, monitors tax and insurance requirements, processes routine transactions, maintains accurate records, and escalates complex or significant matters. The role requires high-volume call handling, attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and coordination with internal teams.

Oversee commercial real estate loan servicing teams, including asset and portfolio managers. Manage escalated investor and borrower issues, contract compliance, reporting accuracy, servicing systems, team staffing, training, performance, audits, and investor presentations. Partner with internal business units on system enhancements, reports, policies, and servicing requirements while ensuring adherence to investor guidelines and company procedures.

Processes approved mortgage loan modifications by updating servicing systems, preparing and mailing modification documents, reviewing files for compliance, maintaining required records, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, borrowers, and investors. The role requires extensive data entry, attention to regulatory and investor guidelines, document notarization, problem-solving, and meeting strict deadlines in an onsite office environment.

Processes mortgage assignments by reviewing chain of title, custody, signing authority, and document requirements. Executes and notarizes assignments, follows up on recorded documents, coordinates with attorneys and vendors, responds to status inquiries, supports foreclosure and bankruptcy workflows, ships originals, and researches chain-of-title validity. The role requires mortgage servicing knowledge, strong organization, communication, decision-making, deadline management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Validates system-to-system data transfers, maintains report accuracy, identifies and resolves discrepancies, and executes projects according to quality standards and deadlines. The role supports client onboarding and outgoing transfers by coordinating with clients and external contacts. It also ensures service delivery meets production criteria while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills are required. Freshers are eligible, and the position follows a mid-shift schedule.

Review promissory note endorsement chains, determine and execute curative actions, prepare and ship original documents, respond to internal/external requests, complete special projects, and cross-train to support peak workloads while delivering strong customer service.
