Oversees a team of analysts supporting specific functions within the Operations Support group of Customer Administration. The Manager will guide, support, and mentor individuals to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals that support the business and drive revenue.
The Manager will support customer satisfaction through increased employee satisfaction and productivity in a positive work environment. Manages employees both on-site and off-site and ensures adherence to corporate and departmental company policies.
Manages the department within established metrics and service-level agreements. Manages all projects and provides analysis on their impact throughout the organization as it relates to Oracle systems.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Guides the team responsible for the maintenance of Ricoh's data within Oracle and other systems.
- Ensures work being performed adheres to established company policies and procedures.
- Supports departmental goals and objectives through participation and example.
- Ensures all tools available within company guidelines are readily available to staff to provide the most productive work environment possible.
- Supports analysis for projects, data cleansing, and system enhancements.
- Supports the operational reporting and analysis team.
- Controls department budget and cost of temporary staffing.
- Provides departmental statistics and other reports.
- Adheres to travel policies and other expense guidelines.
- Manages daily changes to Ricoh's various databases in compliance with Ricoh standards.
- Helps establish and administer database standards in conjunction with IT and other departments.
- Supports the integration of various systems into an Oracle master database.
- Provides technical and operational guidance and support on all databases used, including but not limited to Oracle R12 and NatProd.
- Recommends and implements policies and procedures that manage coding and database functions on a company-wide basis.
- Supports EDI and other initiatives.
- Manages all projects engaging National Coding within required timelines, as well as analysis of impact and workload.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Typically Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in an office environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
Typically Preferred:
- Four-year college degree, preferably in business, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package is required.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Ricoh's standard office software and preparation of reports in Oracle is required.
- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
- Work assignments are highly diversified. New alternatives are regularly developed, and there is often no established precedent for problems encountered.
- Interprets, comprehends, and applies complex material, data, and instructions. Prepares, provides, and conveys diversified information, which may be technical in nature.
