Job Description:
Job Responsibilities- To take charge and deliver IIQE preparation training, on-boarding training, and other business-related training programs for MCI agencies in Putonghua
- To design and organize training programs on MCI High-Net-Worth business by identifying learning objectives, defining contents, selecting modes of instruction and media, and sequencing activities
- To monitor and track the training effectiveness with data analysis and Excel data reporting, and take the initiative to improve the training programs to better match agency demands
- To participate in the development of digital training materials (e-learning, video shooting etc) and facilitate agency force to achieve better learning and development outcome with digital tools
- To organize, host and/or support business or recruitment activities as required where Putonghua is necessary for communication
- To collaborate with other teams or cross functions on providing effective Putonghua training solutions
- To participate in ad hoc tasks or training / business projects as assigned and handle projects independently within deadlines
- To provide support on training administration and logistics including training room and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation and inventory control
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 6 years related experience, preferably in insurance/banking/finance/training/business management/business consultancy industry etc.
- Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, presentation and training facilitation skills
- Good project management skills
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure
- Native level Putonghua and strong command of written English
- Hands on skills with Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
