You will ensure alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. With a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, you will provide dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision making.
You will provide consulting and coaching to departmental leaders, managers and associates in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives and will also be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and commercial strategies.
As a player coach, you will be responsible for managing the HRBP function with a team of HR business partners as well as manage your own portfolio of clients.

What You'll Bring:
- The HRBP Manager role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organizations design and talent strategy and supports business unit leaders to evolve the operating model as a subject matter expert
- Consult with business’s leaders and management to foster and promote a high performing and engaged workforce in line with the business’s core values at all levels
- Coach and work with Business unit leaders on workforce needs and talent plans to identify sources of talent, mobility opportunities and talent development opportunities. Bring experience and expertise to help business leaders make decisions about succession planning, leadership development and moving talent within the organization
- Plays a major role in the management of varied projects throughout the business, actively leading project teams, and implementing initiatives while simultaneously leveraging change management principles and communication strategies to support the execution of any organizational change
- Drive organizational effectiveness (culture, collaboration, communication etc.) in acquisitions, integrations, and re-organizations through the provision of thoughtful leadership and insightful data to guide decision making and deliver proactive solutions.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines
- Design and implement HR best practices in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reward, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations etc.
- Assist leaders in finding the right talent by interviewing and selecting successful candidates to achieve the GCC’s growth agenda and staffing goals
- Assist management, business leaders and your HRBP team in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations
- Coaches the business’s departmental heads and management in performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices, and management decision making
- Collaborates with business’s departmental heads and management in developing and identifying training needs, implementing relevant training programs and advocating for continuous learning for employees where necessary, providing coaching and mentoring support where required
- Analyzes and reports on KPIs and all people metrics monthly to business unit leaders and recommends necessary adjustments with a view of enhancing performance
- Analyze human resources program activity, conduct performance analyses of the programs, prepare reports and proposals from findings, and present them to management for consideration in relation to the HRBP function. Measure success of the HR plans, and identify ways to improve the current methods, processes and thinking
- Reviews gaps in leadership capability across departments within the business and develops action plans accordingly
- Work closely with management and associates to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention and consult on day-to-day HR guidance
- Submits budget forecasting needs in line with the financial planning cycles for the HRBP function
- Leads and guides the HRBP team by providing sound guidance and decision making. Ensures team goals, performance reviews, development plans, HRBP succession planning, team one on one’s are in place
Impact You'll Make:
- Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of HRBP management experience in a fast-paced financial services environment with previous or current Contact Centre Management Experiencet
- Strong organizational design and change management experience
- A team player capable of working within a collaborative and fast paced environment
- Action oriented; demonstrating strong planning, organizing, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and relational skills
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and trust
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of local Human Resources laws & regulations
- Proven people management experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects or activities
- Action orientation and comfort with fast pace and rapid change
- Build effective relationships within HR and across line, functional and geographic reporting lines
- Able to prepare and present to senior management and associates
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required
- Ability to work under pressure within a tight timeframe
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and Workday
