Responsible for complete Installation & Commissioning (I&C) and service activities for the assigned region.
Handle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure of Installation & Commissioning projects (including UAT).
Ensure customer handling and customer delight throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and ensure timely closure of service activities, including:
Service calls
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
PM (Preventive Maintenance)
Plan and manage resources for I&C and service operations.
Handle spare parts sales related to service activities.
Support and drive AMC sales for existing customers.
Ensure pending payment collection from customers in the assigned region.
Coordinate and report regularly to the Head Office (HO) team.
Work closely with internal teams, including:
Mobile Robots I&C engineers
Robotics software team
HODs and Managers
Interact with external stakeholders such as customers, plant heads, and operations heads.
Report directly to the Senior Manager – I&C (Mobile Robots Department).
Requirements
Hands-on exposure to Siemens PLC programming.
Hands-on exposure to Mitsubishi PLC programming.
Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems (Siemens & Mitsubishi).
Basic working knowledge of SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of Mechatronics systems.
Result-driven mindset with focus on timely delivery.
Strong leadership qualities to manage teams and field engineers.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Strong relationship management and communication skills for customer and stakeholder interactions.
