Required Qualifications
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
2+ years of outbound sales leadership experience managing leaders.
Deep experience running high-volume outbound or cold-calling programs.
Strong understanding of KPI-driven sales management and conversion metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized experience targeting Small to Medium-sized Businesses (SMB).
Deep familiarity with advanced performance metrics like Funnel Velocity, Closed-Won rates, and Pitch-to-Close conversions.
Proven track record in large-scale market acquisition strategies.
