Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of the Client Engagement Platform (CEP) and its relevant platforms to enhance client experience and drive business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and quality digital solutions within scope, time, and budget constraints, from initiation to retrospective.
  • Support the manager in building business case to seek management and stakeholder support.
  • Initiate product backlog to meet evolving client needs in protection and service.
  • Improve Client Experience through translate voice of client (VOC) into actionable insight, in order to capture business opportunities to uplift client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Coordinate with UX/UI designers to build client journeys using best practices.
  • Support and execute the implementation of client campaigns, including changes and operations in the CRM.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in digital delivery and provide ad-hoc support to incidents.
  • Streamline existing processes to gain cost savings and/or improve team productivity.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product, digital delivery, client experience, CRM platforms, and/or project management.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a must, with greater advantage for delivering client-facing or CRM solutions.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, CRM platforms, and/or WhatsApp Business is a great advantage.
  • Confident in translating complicated logics to simple and concise presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required for effective business communication.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
