Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships to lead the design, implementation, and management of innovative human capital initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives. This role involves orchestrating partnerships with external organizations to enhance workforce capabilities, drive employee development programs, and support the overall growth of our talent ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute human capital strategies that promote organizational excellence, engagement, and talent retention in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize human capital programs focusing on leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to augment program reach and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with HR and business units to identify talent needs and tailor human capital programs accordingly.
  • Monitor program performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budget and resources allocated to human capital initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Lead communication and change management efforts to promote program adoption and participant engagement.
  • Stay updated on global human capital trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance program impact.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs, partnerships, or related initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning concepts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR information systems.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs or partnerships in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning
