Job Summary

Provide advice and assistance to Transocean personnel in operational integrity and health, safety and environment related aspects of the company’s management systems and operations. Monitor the HSE performance of operations within the assigned region for consistency, and offer strategic solutions to operations management, as required.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide OI and HSE support to operations by assisting, mentoring, and developing HSE Leads and Rig HSE Advisors within the respective region, both in the office and offshore.
• Provide support and guidance to assigned team in region related to internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and medical support as required.
• Provide OI and HSE support to Operations in meetings with customers, regulators, and upper management as required.
• Provide support to HSE Leads and oversight relating to all corporate HSE alerts, advisories, and bulletins in assigned region.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the HSE management system in assigned region.
• Supports the development and implementation of OI and HSE initiatives and programs to promote HSE performance.
• Research and distribute HSE information & Initiatives for awareness by liaising and participating with external groups in assigned region.
• Provide input to the CMS documentation as required.
• Provides HSE support to company functions in region.
