Operate, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) equipment and IRJ systems offshore. Lead rig-up/operational procedures, supervise inspections, train crew, document deployments and downtime in AIM, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory (API) and OEM procedures.

Drive disciplined execution of supplier quality processes, lead structured technical meetings, manage supplier nonconformances and investigations, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, track actions to closure, and build Power BI/PowerApps solutions to improve visibility and automate workflows to improve supplier performance and equipment reliability.

Assist in marine operations, navigation, and maintenance tasks on the rig. Promote safety and compliance with regulations while mentoring crew.

Assist in maintaining and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment onboard the vessel, while supervising motor operators and training crew members.

Plan and manage multiple projects related to offshore drilling rigs, overseeing engineering, budget, schedule, and safety. Conduct vendor negotiations and ensure safe project execution while coordinating with stakeholders.
