We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with Business Unit leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires someone who is analytical, business-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.
1. Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Business Unit Heads and functional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
2. People Connect & Employee Engagement
- Drive regular pulse connects, skip-level meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to understand team sentiment and improve workplace experience.
- Address employee concerns proactively and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
3. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions
- Work with HR metrics and people data to derive insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance.
- Provide dashboards and reports to leadership for informed decision-making.
4. Performance & Talent Management
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
- Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a structured and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain a positive work environment.
6. HR Programs & Initiatives
- Support rollout of HR initiatives across the business such as engagement programs, culture initiatives, and leadership interventions.
7. Working days - Monday to Saturday
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with senior business leaders.
- Comfortable working with numbers, HR metrics, and data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
