As a Manager HR, you will spearhead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, focusing on scaling our technical workforce efficiently while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with engineering leads to understand skill requirements, and implement streamlined processes for bulk hiring campaigns that maintain quality and diversity. Your role will also involve refining the candidate journey from first touchpoint to placement, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time‑to‑hire. Additionally you will serve as the primary touchpoint for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the organization’s culture and structure rapidly and effectively. The Manager HR will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by hiring top tech talent and building a robust, scalable recruitment infrastructure.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design and execute technology‑focused recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.

• Manage bulk hiring initiatives, coordinating with hiring managers to meet quarterly headcount targets.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end interview process, including scheduling, assessment, and feedback collection.

• Develop and refine onboarding programs to ensure new hires are productive and engaged from day one.

• Mentor and coach a team of recruiters, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Implement and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) best practices and reporting dashboards.

• Analyze recruitment metrics, producing regular insights to inform hiring strategy and process improvements.

• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and IT to align hiring practices with organizational policies and technology requirements.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations throughout the hiring cycle.

• Represent the recruitment function in senior leadership meetings, providing updates on workforce planning and talent pipeline status.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably within a fast‑growing tech environment.

• Demonstrated success in leading bulk hiring campaigns with a strong focus on scaling quality and efficiency.

• Proficiency in using ATS, sourcing platforms, and data analytics tools to drive recruitment decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

• Experience in designing and implementing robust onboarding processes that enhance employee engagement.

• Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning metrics into actionable strategies.

• Ability to build and lead high‑performing recruitment teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

• Familiarity with employment regulations and best practices across the Indian market, specifically Gurgaon and surrounding regions.

• Proven track record of hiring for diverse technical roles, from front‑end developers to AI/ML specialists.

• Passion for continuous improvement and a deep understanding of current recruiting trends and technologies.
