Manager HR Solutions – Workday Talent Portfolio

 The Opportunity:

The HRIS team designs, delivers and continuously improves global HR solutions that enable Bacardi’s people strategy. As Manager HR Solutions – Workday Talent Portfolio, you will own Bacardi’s Talent technology landscape, shaping the roadmap, prioritising demand and investment, driving adoption, improving the user experience and realising measurable business value across Workday Talent capabilities.

This role is a strong opportunity for someone with Workday configuration experience gained in a consultancy, implementation or HR technology environment who is ready to take broader ownership in a global in-house role.

About You:

You are a hands-on Workday professional with strong configuration skills, a consultative mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into simple, effective system solutions. You are comfortable working across process design, configuration, testing and stakeholder engagement.

You bring structure, curiosity and delivery focus, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, explain options clearly and build trust with global business and technical teams. You collaborate naturally across functions, take ownership from idea through adoption, and measure success by the outcomes and value created — not by activity alone.

Responsibilities

  • Act as product owner for Workday Talent solutions, including Talent Management, Performance, Learning, Mentoring and Recognition, shaping the roadmap and ensuring solutions remain aligned to global business priorities.
  • Configure, test and support Workday functionality, ensuring solutions are aligned with global process design and business needs.
  • Partner with Talent, HR, TECH and regional stakeholders to translate requirements into simple, scalable solution designs, balancing local needs with enterprise priorities and creating alignment across boundaries.
  • Lead solution delivery from analysis and configuration through testing, deployment, documentation and support, ensuring quality delivery and a strong user experience.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure security, integrations, reporting, data privacy and compliance requirements are understood and managed.
  • Use data, user feedback and Workday releases to identify opportunities for simplification, adoption and continuous improvement, constructively challenging complexity and focusing decisions on outcomes and value realised.
  • Enable Bacardi’s future talent intelligence agenda by identifying opportunities, shaping requirements and supporting adoption of new capabilities across the Talent technology landscape.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Workday consulting, implementation or solution ownership.
  • Strong hands-on Workday Talent configuration experience; Performance, Learning, Skills or Succession experience is required.
  • Consultancy or implementation background preferred, with proven ability to turn requirements into effective Workday solutions.
  • Good understanding of Workday security, reporting, integrations, data privacy and HR governance.
  • Experience and/or strong interest in AI-enabled HR technology, talent intelligence or skills-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Personal Qualities

  • Enterprise-minded, with the judgement to connect local needs to global priorities and make decisions that create scalable, long-term value.
  • Courageous and collaborative, able to challenge assumptions constructively, simplify complexity and build alignment across stakeholders.
  • Accountable and outcome-led, taking ownership from idea through adoption and measuring success by value realised.
  • Agile and user-focused, able to navigate a dynamic global environment, balance competing priorities and keep the employee and manager experience at the centre.
