Manager - HR Transformation

Grow your career by joining as Manager for the HR Transformation/PMO team at MongoDB, working directly with leaders across HR. This role will oversee different HR Transformation projects. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employer brand, HR business partnering, employee experience, shared services, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, and talent & performance management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Transformation Lead to oversee and guide all Position Management initiatives from the enablement phase through to its transition into standard business operations.
  • Partner with the HR PMO and HR Technology team to develop and execute HR transformation strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned to business goals 
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of HR technology and process improvement initiatives
  • Manage complex HR change management and communication initiatives to gain buy-in and drive adoption of new HR programs, policies, systems and processes across the organization
  • Build relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization to influence and align on transformation vision and plans
  • Monitor transformation progress, gather feedback, and refine approaches to sustain change and achieve desired outcomes
  • Establish governance, manage resources, identify risks and issues to successfully execute HR transformation programs
  • Report on progress and results to leadership committees and sponsors

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR 
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Position Management as a process preferably within SuccessFactors 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across global stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work in Eastern Time Zone, preferably New York based (Option to be Flexible or In Person)

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:

$92,000$182,000 USD
